Ingredients (raw weights)
- 50 g oat flour (blended oats), dry
- 1.8 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, dry
- 25 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 4.6 g baking powder, dry
- 0.5 g salt, dry
- 50 g egg, whole, raw
- 120 g high protein yogurt, fat free, as sold
- 4.2 g vanilla extract, as sold
- 140 g yogurt, plain, low fat, as sold
- 16 g whey protein powder, dry
- 50 g chocolate sauce/syrup, sugar free, as sold
- 5.5 g Oreo-style chocolate sandwich cookies, as sold
Steps
- In a bowl, add oat flour, black cocoa powder, brown sweetener, baking powder, and a dash of salt, and mix it all together.
- Add a whisked egg, low fat flavored yogurt, and vanilla extract to the mixture, then mix until thick and smooth.
- Evenly pour the mixture into a greased donut tray.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once done, let the donuts cool for 10 minutes and then flip them over.
- For the Oreo frosting, mix together yogurt and cookies and cream protein powder.
- Dip each donut in the frosting, then drizzle on some chocolate sauce and sprinkle crushed mini Oreos on top.
- Place the donuts in the fridge to let the frosting thicken.
