Apple Pie Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 61 g oats, rolled/quick, dry
- 85 g Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat, as sold
- 2.1 g vanilla extract, as sold
- 85 g milk, 1% low fat, as sold
- 32 g whey protein powder, dry
- 1.3 g cinnamon, dry
- 0.3 g ground nutmeg, dry
- 0.4 g salt, dry
- 12 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 90 g apple, raw
- 31 g sugar free / zero syrup, as sold
- 1.3 g cinnamon, dry
Steps
- Add all overnight-oat ingredients to a jar or bowl and mix.
- Chop the apple and toss with the syrup and cinnamon.
- Microwave the apple pieces 30-60 seconds until softened.
- Layer the apple over (or through) the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
