- 1000 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw
- 12 g salt, dry
- 2 g italian herbs, dry

Steps
- Steak
- Slice steak into cubes and season with salt, Italian herbs, chilli flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika and olive oil. Mix until the colour changes.
- Cook steak bites in light butter for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and seared.
- Add minced garlic and fresh parsley, mix until juicy, then set the beef aside.
- Parmesan Potatoes
- Slice potatoes into small cubes and add mixed vegetables.
- Add the seasoning mix and Parmesan, then mix well.
- Oven-bake or air fry for 20-24 minutes at 160°C/360°F. Making sure the broccoli doesn’t overcook and burn, or until golden and roasted.
- Creamy Sauce
- In the same pan used for steak, add light butter and extra seasoning, then toast for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add low-fat milk, light cream cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Stir until melted, then cook until the sauce thickens to a rich and creamy consistency.
- Assembly
- Serve the roasted potatoes with the juicy steak bites and creamy sauce.
