Creamy Garlic Steak Bites & Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 2000 g potatoes, white, raw
- 500 g cottage cheese, 1% low fat, as sold
- 40 g parmesan cheese, grated, as sold
- 3.1 g garlic powder, dry
- 2.4 g onion powder, dry
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry
- 6 g salt, dry
- 800 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw

- 20 g butter, light, as sold
- 20 g garlic, raw
- 0.5 g fresh parsley, raw
- 321 g evaporated milk, fat free, canned
- 2 g chicken stock powder / bouillon, dry
- 3.4 g paprika, dry
- 60 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
Steps
- Boil the diced potatoes until fork tender and drain.
- Mash the potatoes with the blended cottage cheese, parmesan and seasonings until smooth.
- Toss the diced beef with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.
- Sear the steak bites in a sprayed pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes per side.
- Add the light butter, garlic and parsley, coat the steak, then set aside.
- In the same pan stir the evaporated milk, stock powder and smoked paprika, scraping up the fond.
- Stir in the cream cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Divide mash and steak bites into 6 containers and drizzle with the sauce.
