Creamy Honey Butter Steak & Potatoes

- 1000 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw

- 30 g butter, light, as sold
- 30 g honey, as sold
- 7.6 g fresh parsley, finely chopped, raw
- 1000 g potatoes, white, raw
- 9 g salt, dry
- 6.2 g garlic powder, dry
- 4.6 g paprika, dry
- 3 g mixed herbs, dry
- 3 g olive oil or cooking spray, as sold
- 120 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 6 g salt, dry
- 1 g mixed herbs, dry
- 321 g evaporated milk, fat free, canned
- 180 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 7.5 g mustard, as sold

Steps
- Cook seasoned potatoes in oven or air fryer for 20-22 mins at 200C/400F. You may need to cook longer in the oven, about 25-28 mins
- Cook steak bites in light butter on medium heat for 3-4 mins each side. You want a deep brown crust. Repeat to cook all batches then set aside
- Same pan in low heat, add sundried tomatoes with seasoning. Mix for 1 min then add milk, cream cheese, mustard and parsley. Stir continuously until rich and creamy
- Drop your crispy potatoes, fold them in gently until fully combined and creamy
