Easy & Healthy Honey Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 700 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw
- 33 g soy sauce, reduced sodium, as sold
- 2.3 g black pepper, dry
- 5 g garlic, raw
- 100 g potato starch, dry
- 35 g butter, light, as sold
- 16 g garlic, raw
- 82 g soy sauce, reduced sodium, as sold
- 30 g brown sugar, dry
- 4.9 g cornstarch, dry
- 45 g honey, as sold
- 700 g white rice, cooked
Steps
- Grab the diced chicken breast, add soy sauce, white and black pepper, minced garlic, and minced ginger, then mix together.
- In a bowl add potato starch, coat each piece of chicken evenly, spray with light cooking oil, then air fry or oven bake until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- In a pan on low heat add light butter and diced garlic, then add soy sauce and water along with brown sugar stevia, optional red chili flakes, and a mixture of cornstarch with cold water to help thicken the sauce.
- Stir in honey and mix well until the sauce is thick and sweet.
- Add the crispy chicken back into the sauce and toss to coat the chicken completely.
- Divide the chicken and sauce into four equal servings with cooked white rice or your choice of sides, and enjoy.
