Easy & Healthy KFC Zinger & Fries

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 450 g potatoes, white, raw
- 2 g light cooking oil spray, as sold
- 320 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw
- 10 g corn flakes cereal, dry
- 100 g egg, whole, raw
- 140 g brioche bun, as sold
- 6 g salt, dry
- 2 g chicken stock powder / bouillon, dry
- 2.3 g paprika, dry
- 1.6 g garlic powder, dry
- 1.2 g onion powder, dry
- 76 g mayonnaise, light, as sold
- 15 g hot sauce, as sold
- 10 g Worcestershire sauce, as sold
- 1.6 g garlic powder, dry
- 0.9 g cayenne pepper, dry
Steps
- Peel and cut the potatoes into French fry shapes, then boil them before patting them dry
- Add half of the KFC fries seasoning to the potatoes
- Spray the potatoes with olive oil, toss to coat, and air‑fry or bake them until crispy
- While the fries are cooking, beat the chicken breast to slightly flatten it and season both sides with seasoning
- Season the crushed cornflakes with the same seasoning and crush them into small pieces
- Dip each piece of chicken in the whisked eggs
- Press and coat the chicken evenly in the seasoned crushed cornflakes
- Spray the coated chicken with cooking oil and air‑fry or bake it until cooked through
- For the Zinger sauce, combine light mayonnaise, chilli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper and mix well
- Add the remaining KFC fries seasoning to the fries once they are cooked
- Assemble each burger by placing a brioche bun, spreading half the Zinger sauce, adding shredded lettuce, a piece of the coated chicken, and topping with the bun
- Serve the burgers with the seasoned fries and enjoy
