- 700 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw
- 6 g salt, dry
- 3.1 g garlic powder, dry
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry
- 4.5 g olive oil, as sold
- 45 g cornstarch, dry
- 14 g olive oil, as sold
- 99 g soy sauce, reduced sodium, as sold

- 15 g garlic, raw
- 10 g ginger root, raw

Steps
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- When cooking the chicken make sure the oil is piping hot before placing the chicken in the pan. If the oil is cold it will soak into the cornflour.
- You can also air fry / oven bake the chicken instead.
- Slowly add the cornflour mixed with water while stirring until you have the right consistency for the sauce.
