56 kcal2.8 g protein10.8 g carbs2.6 g fat1 serving
Ingredients (raw weights)
- 200 g water, as sold
- 14 g gelatine powder, dry
- 6 g citric acid, dry
Steps
- * Place 200ml of boiling water into a cup/jar followed by one stick of zero sugar flavoured drink mix, 14g of gelatine powder & 6g of citric acid. (I made one serving of each flavour & repeated this process for each flavour)
- * Mix well & equally distribute across all gummy bear moulds (or pour into baking tray - this method is for those that don’t have gummy bear moulds, meaning you will have to cut them into small squares or your desired shape)
- * Place into fridge for minimum of 4 hours or for best results overnight until firm.
- * For the coating in a bowl mix together 30g of zero calorie natural sweetener & 8g of citric acid (If you’re only making one serving not all of this will be used)
- * Gently coat each candy in the coating & enjoy, store leftovers in the fridge.
