Garlic Butter Steak Mac & Cheese

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 720 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw
- 6 g salt, dry
- 0.5 g fresh parsley, raw
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry
- 2.4 g onion powder, dry
- 24 g garlic, raw
- 25 g butter, light, as sold
- 364 g evaporated milk, fat free, canned
- 85 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 40 g mozzarella/pizza cheese, light shredded, as sold
- 220 g pasta, dry (uncooked)
Steps
- Start by grabbing your extra lean diced beef, add the seasonings listed on the screen, then mix it all together.
- Cook the steak bites on medium to high heat for a few minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Lower the heat and add light butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley and stir well until it's all combined.
- Start cooking up your pasta.
- While your pasta is cooking, to a pan on low to medium heat add fat free evaporated milk with some salt, garlic powder, light cream cheese.
- After a few minutes, add light mozzarella and light cheddar.
- Keep stirring until creamy and cheesy, then add the cooked and drained pasta and mix well to combine.
- Divide the garlic steak bites and mac and cheese into four equal servings with some more parsley and enjoy.
