Healthy & Easy Low Calorie Sushi Rolls

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 600 g cauliflower, raw
- 5 g vinegar, as sold
- 4.9 g mirin, as sold
- 4.5 g sesame oil, as sold
- 90 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 160 g chicken breast, cooked (roasted)
- 6 g nori seaweed sheets, as sold
- 40 g avocado, raw
- 30 g cucumber, raw
- 3 g sesame seeds, dry
Steps
- Depending on the thickness of the sushi roll you can make between 2 - 4 sushi rolls (2 bigger ones like shown in the video or 4 smaller ones) the choice it totally up to you.
- The fillings can be easily customised to suit your diet / liking. No matter what you use it will be much lower in calories by substituting regular white rice for cauliflower rice.
- Once the cauliflower rice is cooked make sure to drain as much water as possible out of the cauliflower rice using a strainer or a paper towel.
