- 40 g butter, light, as sold
- 16 g garlic, raw
- 10 g lemon juice, as sold
- 25 g parmesan cheese, grated, as sold
Steps
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Season the chicken with salt, smoked paprika, and onion & garlic powder and mix well, then set aside.
- Combine plain all‑purpose flour with potato starch and add the same seasonings, mixing thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, mix a portion of the flour mixture with sparkling water to create a wet batter, then add a few tablespoons of this batter back into the flour mixture and stir until crumbly.

- While the chicken cooks, melt light butter in a pan over low heat, add minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice, cooking for about 2 minutes.
- When the chicken is done, brush each tender with the garlic‑butter mixture.
- Evenly sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken tenders.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
