Healthy High Protein Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 400 g turkey bacon, raw
- 800 g egg, whole, raw
- 10 g parmesan cheese, grated, as sold
- 6 g salt, dry
- 3.1 g garlic powder, dry
- 400 g cottage cheese, 1% low fat, as sold
- 800 g bagel, plain, as sold
- 25 g sriracha, as sold
- 136 g cheese slices, light, as sold
Steps
- Start by cooking beef bacon, turkey bacon, or regular bacon until nice and crispy.
- In a bowl, add eggs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings (salt, onion powder, garlic powder).
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and add it to the egg mixture to make it fluffy and increase protein.
- On medium heat, spray a bit of oil in a pan and add enough egg mixture to cover the pan.
- Let it cook, then fold the sides towards the middle, flip it, and repeat to create eight fluffy egg pockets.
- Toast a low carb bagel, add some hot sauce, one egg pocket, cheddar cheese, and three slices of bacon.
- Slap the lid on top and repeat for the other seven Breakfast Bagels.
