- 400 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw

- 2.5 g vinegar, as sold

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken mince with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper, then mix and form four equal patties, placing them in the freezer to firm up.
- Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing light mayonnaise, pickle juice, gherkin relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl, then refrigerate to thicken.
- Once the chicken patties are firm, dip each patty in whisked egg and evenly coat them with crushed cornflakes.
- Spray the coated patties with light cooking oil and air‑fry or oven‑bake them until crispy.
- Toast the seeded brioche buns, then assemble each burger by spreading sauce on the bun, adding lettuce, a chicken patty, the bottom half of another bun, cheddar cheese, more lettuce, sliced pickles, another chicken patty, and the top bun.
- Repeat the assembly for the remaining burger and serve.
