- 200 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw
- 150 g Greek yogurt, plain, low fat 2%, as sold
- 6 g salt, dry
- 2.3 g paprika, dry
- 1.1 g cumin, dry
- 1.1 g coriander powder, dry
- 1 g oregano, dried, dry
- 22 g lemon juice, as sold
- 8 g garlic, raw
- 60 g tomato, raw
- 80 g self-raising flour, dry
- 100 g Greek yogurt, plain, low fat 2%, as sold
- 6 g salt, dry
- 120 g Greek yogurt, plain, low fat 2%, as sold
- 35 g cucumber, raw
- 0.2 g fresh dill, raw
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry

Steps
- Mix low fat Greek yogurt with the seasonings (salt, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander powder, oregano, juiced lemon, and diced garlic) in a bowl.
- Add the thinly cut boneless and skinless chicken breast to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken by either air frying, pan frying, or placing it on an onion skewer and oven baking it.
- Once cooked, cut the chicken into small juicy pieces.
- To make the flatbread, mix self-raising flour with low fat Greek yogurt until crumbly, then knead it with your hands to form a dough ball.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cook it on a pan on high heat for two minutes on each side.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing low fat Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), fresh dill, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic together.
- Assemble the gyros by placing the tzatziki sauce on the flatbread, adding diced tomato, sliced red onion, the cooked chicken, and parsley, then roll it up and enjoy.
