Ingredients (raw weights)
- 1200 g chicken breast, boneless skinless, raw
- 4.6 g italian herb seasoning mix, dry
- 4.6 g paprika, dry
- 6 g salt, dry
- 4.7 g garlic powder, dry
- 3.6 g onion powder, dry
- 4.5 g olive oil, as sold
- 562 g onion, raw
- 100 g tomato paste, canned
- 4 g garlic, raw
- 60 g parmesan cheese, grated, as sold
- 140 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 150 g kecap manis / sweet soy sauce, as sold
- 482 g evaporated milk, fat free, canned
- 480 g pasta, dry (uncooked)
Steps
- Grab your thinly sliced chicken breast, then add half of the seasoning mix listed in the caption with some olive oil, mix well, place the chicken on a tray with baking paper and oven bake with the settings on screen.
- Once cooked, set the chicken and the paper aside but leave the chicken juices for maximum flavor.
- Then add sliced brown onions, the rest of the seasoning, tomato paste, mix well, cut the top off a garlic bulb and add that with some cooking oil spray and oven bake with these settings.
- Once done, squeeze the garlic out the bulb and add some grated parmesan cheese, parsley, light cream cheese, some sweet soy sauce, light evaporated milk and continue mixing everything together.
- Now you can start boiling your pasta.
- Once everything is mixed and creamy, add the cooked and drained pasta with a bit of pasta water and continue mixing until fully combined.
- Equally distribute the chicken and pasta into six servings, add your choice of toppings and enjoy.
