High Protein Crispy Cheeseburger Rolls

- 744 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 30 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold
- 360 g burger sauce, light, as sold
- 120 g mayonnaise, light, as sold
- 80 g ketchup, no sugar added, as sold
- 30 g mustard, as sold
- 35 g dill pickles, as sold

Steps
- Pan on medium heat, add diced onion followed by extra lean beef mince and the seasonings listed in the caption.
- Once brown, add diced garlic, diced pickles or jalapenos, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, some yellow mustard, reduced sugar ketchup, and light mozzarella.
- Mix until well combined and add cooked and diced beef bacon, turkey bacon or regular bacon and mix once more.
- Grab a warm tortilla, add some light mozzarella, equally distribute the filling with some burger sauce on top, and roll it nice and tightly.
- Repeat the process for the other 11 rolls.
- Spray them with cooking oil and oven bake or air fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Wrap them up, store them in the fridge or freezer, and reheat when you're ready to eat.
