High Protein Garlic Butter Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 700 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw
- 3.1 g garlic powder, dry
- 6 g salt, dry
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry
- 250 g chicken stock powder / bouillon, dry
- 66 g egg whites, raw (liquid)
- 20 g green onion/scallion, raw
- 560 g white rice, cooked
- 99 g soy sauce, reduced sodium, as sold
- 30 g green onion/scallion, raw
- 4.5 g sesame oil, as sold
- 25 g butter, light, as sold
- 20 g garlic, raw
Steps
- In a bowl, add extra lean diced beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and a tiny bit of black pepper. Mix it and set it aside.
- In a pan on medium heat, add frozen mixed vegetables and then add mixed eggs. Scramble them and mix together.
- Add the white part of the spring onion and day old cooked white rice to the pan. Mix well.
- Pour in some soy sauce and mix again. Remove from heat.
- Add the green part of the spring onion and sesame oil to the mixture and mix well to combine.
- Cook the steak on medium heat for a few minutes on each side until the outside is crispy.
- Lower the heat and add light butter, diced garlic, and parsley to the steak. Mix everything together.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions, drizzle sriracha mayo on top of each portion, and enjoy.
