High Protein Grilled Cheese Burritos

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 75 g onion, raw
- 900 g ground beef 95/5, raw
- 16 g garlic, raw
- 400 g tomato, raw
- 100 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold
- 250 g chicken broth/stock, as sold
- 600 g white rice, cooked
- 372 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 89 g nacho cheese sauce, as sold
- 120 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold
Steps
- Start by cooking up some onions and extra lean beef mince.
- Add minced garlic and the seasonings, which will be listed on screen or in the caption below.
- Follow with a can of crushed tomatoes, some light grated cheddar cheese, and just enough chicken broth to cover the mince.
- Mix it together on a lower heat until it's well combined.
- Add some cilantro and Spanish-style minute rice or your choice of rice.
- Place a lid on top for approximately 20 minutes, making sure to mix it every few minutes in between.
- Grab six warm tortillas and evenly distribute the filling across each one with some nacho cheese sauce.
- Roll them tightly to the best of your abilities.
- Place some more cheese on a pan with the burrito on top to seal it until it's golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat the process for the other five burritos and enjoy!
