High Protein Nacho Cheese Beef Burritos

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 75 g onion, raw
- 1300 g ground beef 95/5, raw
- 16 g garlic, raw
- 120 g tomato paste, canned
- 90 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 80 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold
- 105 g hot sauce, as sold
- 775 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 1000 g white rice, cooked
- 400 g cottage cheese, 1% low fat, as sold
- 2.4 g onion powder, dry
- 6 g salt, dry
- 100 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold

Steps
- Before filling & rolling the burrito place the tortilla on a pan with the heat on low & warm it up on each side for around 1 minutes, this will prevent it from breaking.
- To store & reheat the burritos:
- Take a burrito out the freezer, remove the foil, wrap the burrito in a paper towel, place in the microwave for around 2 minutes, then air fry at 190C/375F for 5 - 8 minutes (times may vary slightly - the last reheating step can also be done in an oven or on a pan)
