High Protein Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 1200 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw
- 150 g onion, raw
- 250 g bell pepper, raw
- 6 g salt, dry
- 3.1 g garlic powder, dry
- 2.4 g onion powder, dry
- 1.1 g black pepper, dry
- 2.3 g paprika, dry
- 94 g Worcestershire sauce, as sold
- 80 g mozzarella/pizza cheese, light shredded, as sold
- 744 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 30 g mozzarella/pizza cheese, light shredded, as sold
- 25 g nacho cheese sauce, as sold
Steps
- Freeze lean cut of beef until firm, then slice it into thin slices.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook diced onion until it has some color.
- Add diced capsicums and cook through, then set them aside.
- Add the steak to the pan, followed by the seasonings and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until done.
- Lower the heat, add low‑fat mozzarella cheese, return the capsicums, and stir until the cheese melts and everything is well combined.
- Warm a tortilla, add some mozzarella cheese, distribute the filling, drizzle nacho cheese sauce and sprinkle parsley, then roll it up tightly.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
- Spray the rolls with cooking oil, sprinkle more parsley, and air‑fry or oven‑bake until crispy.
- Wrap the rolls, store them in the fridge or freezer, and reheat when ready to eat.
