High Protein Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 240 g Greek yogurt, plain, low fat 2%, as sold
- 180 g self-raising flour, dry
- 1 g italian herb seasoning, dry
- 1.2 g onion powder, dry
- 1.6 g garlic powder, dry
- 6 g salt, dry
- 63 g mozzarella/pizza cheese, light shredded, as sold
- 120 g pizza sauce, as sold
- 110 g cheddar/colby cheese, low fat shredded, as sold
- 30 g pepperoni, sliced, cooked
Steps
- To make the quickest and easiest dough in a bowl, add low-fat Greek yoghurt, self-raising flour, and the seasonings listed on screen and mix well.
- Use your hands to keep mixing until you get a crumbly texture and knead it to form a dough ball.
- Slap the dough on a floured surface and roll it out as big and thin as you can.
- Place cut up cheese sticks around the edge of the rolled out dough.
- Fold the dough over the cheese sticks and seal it using your fingers to form the crust.
- Add some pizza sauce on top of the crust and sprinkle low-fat cheese over it.
- Top with beef pepperoni, turkey pepperoni, or regular pepperoni.
- Oven bake with the settings on screen until golden brown and crispy.
- Cut it up and enjoy.
