Ingredients (raw weights)
- 75 g onion, raw
- 300 g ground beef 95/5, raw
- 15 g low sodium taco seasoning, dry
- 35 g tomato paste, canned
- 40 g cream cheese, light (low fat), as sold
- 155 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 80 g nacho cheese sauce, as sold
- 100 g low carb / high fiber tortilla, as sold
- 120 g tomato, raw
- 104 g corn tortilla, as sold
- 120 g Greek yogurt, plain, low fat 2%, as sold
Steps
- Saute diced onion then add extra lean beef mince with low sodium taco seasoning.
- Cook until browned, then add tomato paste and light cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.
- Grab a warm low calorie tortilla, spread some nacho cheese sauce, and add half of the mince.
- Add protein chips, diced tomato, and shredded lettuce on top of the mince.
- In a mini tortilla, add low‑fat Greek yoghurt, place it on top of the fillings and pinch the edges toward the middle.
- Toast the crunchwrap on the bottom side first to seal it.
- Repeat the process with the other crunchwrap.
- Enjoy.
