- 60 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 50 g egg, whole, raw
- 16 g Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat, as sold
- 42 g sugar, granulated, dry
- 4.2 g vanilla extract, as sold
- 15 g all-purpose flour, dry
- 20 g oat flour (blended oats), dry
- 20 g all-purpose flour, dry
- 32 g casein protein powder, dry
- 3.4 g baking soda, dry
- 2.3 g baking powder, dry

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all wet ingredients until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients and mix into a SUPER thick cookie dough. Add a small splash of sugar-free syrup only if needed.
- Fold in chocolate chips and press into a greased 8-inch skillet.
- Bake for 16–20 minutes until the outside is crispy but the center is still soft.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes before digging in.
