Low Cal, High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 350 g banana, raw
- 170 g Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat, as sold
- 50 g egg, whole, raw
- 122 g almond milk, unsweetened, as sold
- 120 g powdered peanut butter, dry
- 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, dry
- 96 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 64 g casein protein powder, dry
- 3 g baking soda, dry
- 2 g baking powder, dry
- 1 g salt, dry
- 30 g butter, salted, as sold
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grab a mixing bowl. Add bananas and mash. Add remaining wet ingredients. Mix.
- Grab another mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Add peanut butter chips and fold into batter.
- Grab a loaf pan. Spray with cooking spray or add parchment paper. Add batter evenly.
- Add optional extra peanut butter chips on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into 7 thick slices. Then enjoy!
