Low-Calorie, High-Protein Viral Crunch Cake

Ingredients (raw weights)
- 61 g almond milk, unsweetened, as sold
- 30 g egg whites, raw (liquid)
- 30 g pumpkin puree, canned
- 45 g Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat, as sold
- 20 g oat flour (blended oats), dry
- 25 g whey protein powder, dry
- 12 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, dry
- 22 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 2 g baking powder, dry
- 0.8 g salt, dry
- 20 g maple syrup, as sold
Steps
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Spread into a greased 9-inch round pie dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 12–18 minutes, until just set.
- Mix melted chocolate, maple syrup, and crushed cereal.
- Press the crunch mixture over the cooled cake.
- Let set, slice, and enjoy.
