Ingredients (raw weights)
- 65 g casein protein powder, dry
- 15 g all-purpose flour, dry
- 23 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, dry
- 110 g zero-calorie sweetener (erythritol/stevia/monk fruit)
- 2.3 g baking powder, dry
- 0.5 g salt, dry
- 120 g Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat, as sold
- 50 g egg, whole, raw
- 10 g almond milk, unsweetened, as sold
- 55 g water, as sold

Steps
- 135g (about 1⁄2 cup + 1 tbsp) Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 36g (about 1 scoop) Chocolate Whey/Casein Protein Powder
- 55–70g (about 1⁄2 cup) Powdered Zero-Calorie Sweetener
- 9g (about 11⁄2 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
- 7g (about 2 tsp) Sugar Free Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 13g (about 2 tsp) Dark Chocolate, melted
- Splash of Water or Almond Milk, if needed

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another.
- Combine. Start with 50mL water/allulose; add more only if needed. Batter should be VERY thick and spreadable, not pourable.
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Bake 20–25 min. Pull when center is still slightly soft.
- Cool completely.
- Mix frosting until thick, frost generously, then chill before serving for the densest fudgy texture.
