Steak & Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Green Sauce

- 500 g beef top sirloin steak, lean, raw

Steps
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, onion powder, chile lime seasoning and cayenne and let them come to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into fries, toss with oil and seasonings and bake 38-40 minutes.
- Blend the yogurt, mayo, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper into a green sauce.
- Air fry the steaks at 400F for about 10 minutes for medium rare, rest 5 minutes, then top with cilantro mixed into the juices.
- Finish the fries with parmesan and oregano and serve with the steak and sauce.
