- 4.2 g garlic, raw
- 0.5 g dried mint, raw

- 1.1 g paprika, dry
- 0.5 g salt, dry
- 1.4 g chili powder, dry
- 15 g tomato paste, canned
Steps
- Add extra tomato paste if needed
- Pan on medium heat, cooking spray, cook chopped onion 8-10mins till golden and soft. Add initial seasoning mix with garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 3-4 mins till fragrant
- Add lean ground beef, increase heat to high. Use spatula to break up the meat, cooking spray 8 mins or till fully brown. Add extra seasoning to taste
- Once pasta is cooked, reserve some pasta water to use for later
- Make this sauce ahead if time, store separately to keep fresh and unspoiled
